Abstract: BalanceChain is a revolutionary SHE-powered microledger protocol that humanizes money by grounding its value in Standard Human Effort (SHE), a standardized measure of labor akin to horsepower for engines, derived from 100-year global economic data (average GDP/capita ~$10,000/year, 2000 work hours = $5/hour baseline, 1 hour = 60 SHE units, e.g., moving 100 bricks). SHE equalizes effort across borders, addressing disparities, while the Efficiency Correction Factor (ECF = Country GDP/capita ÷ Global average $10,000) adjusts for productivity variances (e.g., USA ECF=8 at $80,000 = $40/hour; India ECF=0.25 at $2,500 = $1.25/hour), serving as a diagnostic tool to fix imbalances through policies like improved education and infrastructure.

The protocol introduces True Value of Money (TVM), with 1 TVM = 12 SHE (fixed ratio). The USDT price of TVM is dynamic, updated annually on Jan 11 by a GDP/capita rule (never below 1 USD). TVM is not a new currency but a complement that infuses intrinsic effort-based value into fiat and crypto, defining money's true worth as standardized human effort—specifically transacting, the only mutual economic activity all humans share, with offline capabilities removing differences. A 51% Human Investment (HI) / 49% AI rule ensures at least 51% of economic output remains human-driven (effort, creativity, ethics), capping AI at 49% to prevent dominance, job loss, or gaps; excess growth (e.g., from AI boosting GDP) splits 51% to humans via UBI-like Bio-Balance (60,000 SHE units/vault ~$5,000 start, covering 40-50% essentials like food/shelter/health) and shorter workweeks, while 49% fuels tech—promoting fair gains, productivity, and cooperation over resource conflicts (e.g., oil worthless without effort, lessons from COVID unity).
